It is up to the customer to provide me with an accurate UK ring size. If you have ordered one of my re-usable plastic ring sizers, and need an adjustment, my service is free of charge. Otherwise a ring re-size will be £15 and return shipping will be at your cost. I do not offer returns on rings as they are made to size. Gemstone and plain silver rings can be adjusted, however my Seaglass rings are not resizable.

To clean your silver jewellery, and keep it in tip-top condition, you may use a clean cloth, lukewarm water and some dish soap. Silver jewellery will tarnish over time, so Town Talk polishing cloths impregnated with silver cleaner are available to purchase from my shop.

Items are packaged in acid-free tissue paper and an organza bag as standard. Please select my 'Premium Packaging - Boxed' at checkout if you would like to upgrade your packaging to include a beautiful foiled jewellery box, finished with a satin ribbon, for an additional £3.95. Multiple items may be packaged in a single box, please add a 'note to seller'.

Pieces weighing over 7.78g are required to be Hallmarked by an assay office. I am registered with London Assay Office. If you would like a lighter piece hallmarking, please contact me for details on processing time and an additional cost.

The turnaround time for an order is usually 3-5 working days. If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch, or leave a 'note to seller' at checkout. Personalised orders, or orders which need further hallmarking will take longer, please get in touch for an estimated turnaround time.

All my items are eligible for FREE UK SHIPPING - Hooray! Parcels will be sent 2nd Class/Tracked 48 by Royal Mail and should be with you in 2-3 working days. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout to 1st Class/Tracked 24 or to Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm delivery (however, please note, this excludes Saturday delivery).

I ship all of my items internationally, parcels will be sent by Royal Mail 'Tracked & Signed'. You will be provided with a tracking number in your dispatch email. Royal Mail estimate 3-5 working days for parcels to reach Europe, and 5-7 working days for everywhere else. However, items can be held up in customs, so please note there is a further 25 days to wait before I can start the process of investigation.

Many of my earrings and necklaces can be swapped out for surgical steel alternatives. However, the earrings and pendants themselves are still made from sterling silver, and in some cases still use silver solder; so may not be suitable for those with strong allergies.
